I called the Alfa Romeo service center to schedule an oil change and new tires for my 2016 Guila. Brian from the Merriam store, helped my wife and I get rid of a Mercedes we’ve had for 7 years with low mileage. It was the vehicle we drove our handicapped son in for most of his life and then he suddenly passed away in 2021. Buyer beware. Bought a 2020 SLC and paid for extended warranty. Sold the car and requested refund of extended warranty. It’s been months and dealer refuses to refund unused warranty. Do not buy

My customer service experience was excellent. I have to point out that I called the dealership randomly 30 minutes before they close, Payton took the call and I told him I was going to be there in 10 minutes and I was interested in a specific car...he had it ready for me to test drive it when I got there. That did not even happen when I had appointments with other dealerships. The financing process was smooth, and it met my expectations. Thanks to Payton that made my process quick and seamless.

Aristocrat tried to add a $10,000 "added dealer markup" to the vehicle after advertising it with "no hassle pricing". I wasn't told about it until after my wife and I test drove it and sat down to do the paperwork for the purchase. I walked away from the deal, and I won't be back. I bought the same vehicle then next day from a neighboring Mercedes dealership.

Katya my salesperson gave me an in-depth orientation of my car which made me feel comfortable enough to drive off the dealership and not have to watch any YouTube videos for operational tips. Ahmanda the tech expert was very helpful and persistent when the Porsche app was not pairing with the car. The additional gifts a class act.

I purchased a used BMW from Aristocrat. Sales was awesome to work with but can’t say the same about Bliss in finance. The loan got screwed up and took extra time to get that figured out with Credit Union. Then he told me I could come back and purchase a warranty which I did a week later. Five months later Bliss emailed me to say he found out I had to purchase warranty with car purchase therefore the warranty was voided.
